Online application process for children starting Primary school in September 2025 is open until 15 January 2025. 16th April is National Offer Day; and 2nd June is the deadline for submitting appeals.

Applying for a Place in Reception in 2025

Prospective parents are always welcome to talk to the Associate or Executive Head Teacher or to look around the school. Please contact the school office to make an appointment at a mutually convenient time.
You need to apply for September 2025 if your child:
was born between 1 September 2020 and 31 August 2021 (for a place in Reception).
If your child will be in Year 2 at an infant school in September 2024 (for a place in a junior school).
Please note: if your child is in Year 2 at a primary school (i.e. not an infant school) and you want to apply for a junior school place, you will need to apply instead via the In-Year process.
The applications process opens on 1 November 2024 and the deadline for applying for a Reception or Junior place is 15 January 2025. If you apply by this date, you will receive your child’s school offer on National Offer Day (16 April 2025).
Applications made after this date will be classified as late and not considered until after 16 April 2025, by which time many schools will be full and you are much less likely to be offered a place at your preferred school.
Applying For a Place in Reception September 2025
Parents and carers must apply for a school place through their Local Authority (the county where you live).
Applications and appeals through Warwickshire County Council can be made online here. Parents and carers are welcome to use our school's facilities to make their online application.
Applying for a Place at Secondary School
If you are a Warwickshire resident and wish to apply for a place at a Warwickshire School then you should apply online through Warwickshire Admissions.

The application process opens on 1 September 2024 and the deadline to apply for a secondary school place is 31 October 2024. If you apply by this date, you will receive your child’s school offer on National Offer Day (3 March 2025).
Applications made after this date will be classified as late and won’t be processed until after 3 March 2025, by which time many schools will be full and you are much less likely to be offered a place at your preferred school.

There is an extended deadline of 31 December 2024 if your address changes before then. So, if you have moved house and you are submitting an application before 31 December 2024, please include relevant documentation of your move with your email (tenancy agreement or completion letter from solicitor) as Warwickshire will then be able to class your application as on time.
